Davant manufacture a wide range of insulating products including Kite Marked hot water tank jackets, cold water jackets, condensulate kits, outdoor tap covers and stitched felt pipe insulation.

Davant’s manufacturing unit is attached to the main warehouse and distribution facility in Ledbury.

Our insulating jackets are manufactured on our automated encapsulation line and carry the British Standard Kite Mark as a sign of quality, our site is accredited to ISO9001.

Operating from a 34,000 sq ft factory we specialise in the extrusion of rigid PVC grade materials, using both virgin and recycled materials depending on the end use and the customers requirements.

Currently we have nine mainframe extrusion lines, two are single screws and eight are twin screws with the capability to Co-Ex on all of the twin screw lines.

With our Granulator, we have the ability to recycle almost all of our extrusion waste which we can then feed back into the extrusion process, keeping the business as green as possible.
