About Us
DAVANT was established in 1989 by David Merrick who started the business working out of a portacabin on a farm in rural Herefordshire selling pipe insulation into plumber’s merchants.
In 2019 DAVANT celebrated 30 years and remains part of the LINTHWAITE GROUP.
As an independently owned business, DAVANT takes pride in selling over 5,000 products, predominantly into the independent building and plumbing merchant sector.
We maintain very strong stock levels of high-quality products which we deliver from our Distribution Centres in the West of England and West Coast of Scotland.

We maintain very strong stock levels of high quality products and these are distributed from our Distribution Centres, in Herefordshire and Scotland, predominantly on our own liveried fleet of vehicles and drivers.
